Overview
SmartBe3 collaborated with a prominent retail giant, which boasts a vast network of over 1500 stores across five countries. The project's core focus was on monitoring all links between the branches and the primary data centers. The company faced challenges stemming from the use of multiple monitoring tools for infrastructure and links (Nagios, Zabbix, Elastic, Grafana). The project aimed to streamline and unify these tools into a singular monitoring platform, establishing dynamic SLAs based on days of the week and seasonal variations. Additionally, the initiative involved training and upskilling architecture, infrastructure, and NOC personnel.
